D is for….  Notes

• “D is for….” Is the result of a conversation at the Superstore with Kirk. We were catching up & he asked me what I had been up to, so I showed him some pictures of the art & sculpture that I had been doing. After seeing “Knows”, he reminded me of a discussion we had many, many years ago about “Knows” and how my original plan was for the brain to sit upon an upside-down cowboy boot. So I thought….

From top to bottom:

• Trump has a dunce cap perched on top of his head. The obvious inference is that Trump is a dunce….  It’s made of bristol board to reflect his school-age intelligence….

• The green D refers to both or either Donald and Dunce (or any other derogatory D: douche bag, dipshit, dumbass, dork, dick, dink, etc.) …. 

• The letter is green because green is the color I least understand & the color I have the least affinity for….

• Green is also traditionally associated with money, ambition, greed, jealousy, and Wall Street….

• The dunce cap has a cut-out to resemble the hat (capirote) worn proudly (or cowardly….) by Trump’s favorite organization – the KKK….

• Trump’s face is a mask – indicating that he is a fake president and expressing the hope that none of this presidential experience is real…. 

• The mask has some disfigurement, left un-changed. The presumption is that Trump isn’t worth fixing….

• Trump’s left eye veers to the side, much the same as a lizard or a snake….

• Trump’s pinocchinose is an enharmonic modulation with respect to the growth of Pinocchio’s nose every time he tells a lie. Trump is now closing in on 4,000 lies since inauguration. The current size of his nose is more of a comment regarding its size when his presidency began. It represents approximately 4,000 growth spurts….

• Trump’s dome is perched upon an upside-down lady’s boot – a reflection on his relationship with almost all thoughtful and intelligent women….

• The tie is disproportionately long – a favorite fashion statement of Trump. The color may change on occasion to reflect his penchant of playing “Mr. Dress-up”….

• Trump is blissfully supported by his base – it’s a stool & it’s white….

• “D is for….” resides in one of our bathrooms, positioned so that Trump can watch people – especially women - doing their business. It represents his coprophiliac tendencies….

• Future additions will include a golden shower….

• “….” suggests Trump’s penchant for tweeting short-minded and broken thought streams as well as his complete inability to produce any lengthy, well-developed and well-considered thoughts or ideas….
